The fund was established to support and raise money for food allergy related programs in the community. This field of interest includes emphasis areas as listed below:

1. Provide food relief to the economically disadvantaged residents of Central Texas with food allergies.
2. Gluten-free food pantries
3. Raise awareness through education
4. Other food allergy related programs
